Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS: 

  1. Memberships: the client will complete a direct debit authority online, and select a      preferred membership. The funds will be deducted from the nominated bank      account.
  2. Class packs: the client will purchase online using a debit or credit card and      select the preferred class pack. The client acknowledges that the class pack begins from the date of first booking, and acknowledges the specified time frame they must use the class credits within.
  3. The client acknowledges that drop in casual classes are non-refundable after      the class booking has been made, they are unable to change their class      booking around via our online systems, and the 12 hour class cancellation      window does not apply to drop in casual classes.
  4. The client agrees to pay all applicable fees by the due date. If a payment is      dishonored, the client will be notified and will have 3 days to remedy the      default.
  5. Failure to make a payment may result in a late payment fee from PILATES TANNUM SANDS Reformer Pilates. PILATES TANNUM SANDS will not take responsibility for any charges from the bank because of a late payment.
  6. The client acknowledges that PILATES TANNUM SANDS group may, in its absolute      discretion, amend the prices for goods and services. Unless otherwise      specified, all prices for goods and services are inclusive of GST. 
  7. There is a small 1.9% card fee on all purchases to  help us cover the costs that come with processing these transactions and keeps things running smoothly. 

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS:

  1. PILATES TANNUM SANDS does not offer open ended holds. The client is to complete a hold form that will state a start and finish date, or provide the start and finish date in an email to Pilates TANNUM SANDS via the following email <pilatestannumsands@gmail.com>. After this date, the client's payment plan will continue as per their payment plan schedule.
  2. The client may freeze their membership for the following periods depending on      their membership type: 
  3. Weekly rolling membership: The client may freeze their membership for a maximum period of 8 weeks per year.
  4. At least 1 weeks written notice is required for membership pause suspensions.      This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease direct debit payments that are scheduled for the given period. Written  notice must be given via email. Note: social media communications are not  a valid method of pausing membership.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS 

  1. The minimum membership period for all memberships is 4 weeks. 
  2. All memberships are billed on a weekly basis, and credits will be allocated      over that week and must be used within that week. It is the members      responsibility to know their billing cycle dates and therefore book their      membership class credits within these dates. This information can be found  in the profile section of the PILATES TANNUM SANDS Momence App. 
  3. All memberships operate on a 7 day direct debit schedule via Momence (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified of a termination request in      writing (see Termination Policy below). 
  4. The client will not be refunded under any membership option for not using      their weekly allocated classes. 
  5. Classes  are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another  person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase  their own classes or membership. 
  6. Membership fees and other fees are reviewed periodically. PILATES TANNUM SANDS group  may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by written notice  published on their website, operable from the date specified. The client      will be given 14 days' notice of any changes to the members email provided.
  7. You  acknowledge and agree that passes are not refundable, extendable, or      transferable unless otherwise agreed by PILATES TANNUM SANDS group.
  8. It is at the discretion of PILATES TANNUM SANDS Reformer Pilates whether they      run class, if any, on public holidays. 
  9. There  will be no classes running over the Christmas season, all memberships will      be frozen over this period. The length of time will be at the discretion of PILATES TANNUM SANDS. This freeze period will not be included in the 8 week membership freeze period allowed per membership term.
  10. The client agrees to pay the below membership price, applicable to their      selected membership: 
  11. 2      class/week membership: $50/week 
  12. 3      class/week membership $72/week
  13. 4      class/week membership $92/week
  14. Casual      drop in classes are $30/class. The client must book prior to attending to      ensure there is space available in the class. 
  15. 5      class pass is $140 and must be used within 2 months of date of first class      booking.
  16. 15      class pass is $390 and must be used within 6 month of date of first class      booking.
  17. 25      class pass is $600 and must be used within 12 month of date of first class      booking.
  18. The Intro Offer is only available to brand new clients. This offer is non      refundable and non transferable. This offer can only be used once per      customer. The intro offer is always subject to availability, and is not      always available to purchase. The offer is 5(five) Reformer sessions for  $50 and must be used within 14 days.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS 

  1. 7 days notice to cancel required. The client is to email their cancellation      notice to admin@pilatestannumsands.com 

BOOKING CLASSES

  1. It      is important that the client follows booking rules and etiquette.
  2. The  client is to book their space in the class online, either via the PILATES TANNUM      SANDS website, or via the PILATES TANNUM SANDS App. 
  3. If the client has to cancel their class, they will do so online also. Drop in casual classes are non-refundable and the cancellation window does not      apply to them. 
  4. PILATES  TANNUM SANDS  has small and intimate classes, so it is very important that clients are considerate of booking etiquette so fellow members do not miss out on classes. 
  5. Cancellation  windows are subject to change at the discretion of PILATES TANNUM SANDS. 
  6. If the class you wish to attend is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available you will receive either an email or text booking you a TANNUM SANDS in the class. 
  7. Payment  must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have  pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in      the studio. 
  8. By  booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions      

CLASS CANCELLATION WINDOWS 

  1. It      is very important that members respect our class cancellation windows. Our      classes are small and intimate, and we want to give everyone equal      opportunity to get their weekly classes in! 
  2. Memberships      and class packs: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class      start time will get the class credit back. 
  3. Memberships      and class packs: Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to class      start time will forfeit that session. No shows and absences will forfeit      that session. 
  4. Casual      drop in classes: these are non-refundable and the cancellation window does      not apply, you will be unable to cancel your class after you have made the      booking.

GENERAL

  1. Out of consideration for the trainer and other clients, please don’t be late.      If you are more than 5 minutes late for class you may not be able to      attend the class
  2. All clients must arrive 10mins early to their first class.
  3. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the discretion of the trainer. 
  4. Classes    must have a minimum 2 participants to go ahead
  5. Gift  cards can be used for classes and products. They are not redeemable for      cash and are non transferable. PILATES TANNUM SANDS does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for any reason. 
  6. If the minimum number of clients per class is not met, PILATES TANNUM SANDS      reserves the right to cancel the class. The studio will contact booked clients in the case of a class cancellation. 
  7. Trainers  and classes are subject to change without notice. 
  8. The minimum age for participating in a PILATES TANNUM SANDS class  is 16 years. Exceptions on a case-by-case may apply. 
  9. Should  you contract a disease of an infectious or contagious nature, please      consult your doctor to ensure you are fit to attend your next class and  are not at risk of infecting others. This is for the safety and well-being of all our clients and staff. 

PRIVACY 

  1. The  client agrees that PILATES TANNUM SANDS group may collect, store and use      your personal information. Any personal information will only be      accessible by PILATES TANNUM SANDS staff primarily in the  interest of ensuring our clients health and wellbeing. 

INDEMNITY 

  1. PILATES TANNUM SANDS Reformer Pilates shall NOT be liable or responsible for any      direct, indirect, or consequential injury, loss or damage to the person or  the property of any participant at PILATES TANNUM SANDS , one off training events, one-one training products or any other service of a  similar nature. 
  2. All  personal property is the responsibility of the individual and PILATES TANNUM      SANDS accept no liability for any loss or damage. Lockers are available for when the client is training, items left for longer than the  client's session will be placed into the lost property and  eventually discarded if not collected.

PHOTOGRAPHY

  1. Classes may be recorded by the Instructor for quality control, as well as      promotional purposes. If you do not consent to the Instructor using video      or still images taken during the class for promotional purposes, please notify the Instructor in writing. 
  2. All signatories to this agreement give permission for PILATES TANNUM SANDS  or any licensed provider to use their image for marketing purposes.
