Yes and also if you late cancel (within 12 hours of the class start time) and if you no show. We have a strict start time to ensure the best experience for all members. We ask if you cant attend to late cancel so we can give the opportunity to another member to book or be added from a waitlist.
We are super flexible on this. Please send your request with 7 days notice in writing via email to admin@pilatestannumsands.com.au and we can address this. We have some maximum ‘on hold’ periods as standard but happy to review all reasonable requests.
We will modify the exercise best to suit your injury. Please arrive 5 mins early to your session and advise the instructor prior to the class starting. Please make sure you have clearance from your doctor prior to attending a class. We highly recommend booking into our Strength & Mobility class for any injuries.
A towel and drink bottle are recommended. The towel can also be used as a prop for under your head on the reformer. Socks are compulsory. We have grip socks available for purchase if you forget or need new ones.
We will have a small creche area where you will be able to book (max 4 children) in on certain days but we do not allow any children in the studio outside of these times. It is our desire to create an environment where the focus is solely on your experience and all the other members, with limited distractions.
All our classes are suitable for clients who are in their first trimester and are considered low risk. There will be pregnancy friendly classes specifically added to our timetable and these classes are will be modified to keep you and baby safe in the second and third trimester. We also offer a Postnatal workshop, these are booked separately. Please message for more information
