Reformer Workout

Jumpboard Hybrid

Reformer Workout

  Experience high-energy Reformer Pilates designed for every level. Our 45-minute full-body sessions combine strength, control, and intensity to challenge you both physically and mentally. 


Anyone returning to exercise from an injury must provide a medical clearance or certificate from their physiotherapist.
 

All pregnant clients must be considered low risk. After 13 weeks, a compulsory 1:1 session with one of our senior trainers is required prior to joining group classes.

REFORM Strength

Reformer Workout

 REFORM Strength is a structured, strength-focused Reformer Pilates class that blends classical Pilates foundations with contemporary strength training principles. Each class is programmed with clear reps and sets, progressive overload, and strength formats such as EMOMs and drop sets to build power, muscular endurance, and resilience. 


 Alongside the Reformer, additional equipment such as dumbbells and small props may be used to increase load and intensity. Heavier spring work, intentional rest periods, and purposeful sequencing ensure a challenging 45-minute full-body workout that delivers measurable results while maintaining control and precision.

Jumpboard Hybrid

 The beauty of our Jumpboard Hybrid class is that it’s a little faster paced and has a higher intensity than the traditional reformer class. During the session you will move through traditional reformer and Jumpboard to get an all over sweat up. We always recommend our clients to start in our Reformer Workout class for at least 5 sessions prior to Jumpboard Hybrid and you must NOT have injuries or pregnancy to attend.
