Discover your new fitness obsession with high energy Pilates reformer classes, suitable for everyone from beginner to advance. Each workout is 45 minutes of full body sculpting that will challenge you mentally and physically. These classes are not recommended for anyone who has current injuries or Pregnancy(Trimester 2 & 3).
Strength & Mobility Class is a low impact class which strengthens weak muscles and stretches tight muscle. This class is a great beginner class and is suited to anyone for overall endurance, we carefully work around any injuries or limitations.
You must have clearance from your GP or allied health prior to undertaking any classes at Pilates Place Tannum Sands. These classes are also Pregnancy & Postnatal Friendly. Pregnancy - Please advise us each week how far along you are and you must be low risk.
The beauty of our Jumpboard Hybrid class is that it’s a little faster paced and has a higher intensity than the traditional reformer class. During the session you will move through traditional reformer and Jumpboard to get an all over sweat up. We always recommend our clients to start in our Reformer Workout class for at least 5 sessions prior to Jumpboard Hybrid and you must have injuries or pregnancy to attend.
